The Second International Conference on Smart Transportation and Logistics: Building Sustainable, Resilient, and Healthy Future Cities (ICSTL2026) will be held in Sousse, Tunisia on December 21-23, 2026. (ICSTL2026) is jointly organized by Technology Sciences Faculty (FST) Constantine 1 Frères Mentouri University and the Higher Institute of Transport and Logistics, University of Sousse.
ICSTL2026 aims to foster the exchange of experience and knowledge among national and international researchers, while identifying key themes, from the design and functionality of computational and engineering sciences to their innovative applications. We are pleased to invite submissions of original research and work from both researchers and Industrials in Transportation and Logistics fields. The scientific program includes keynotes address, oral presentations, poster sessions and partners’ exposition from socio-economic sectors. The conference topics includes Advances in Transportation and logistics (AI, IoT and Big data in transportation and logistics, Intelligent Transportation systems, Sustainable transportation, Smart mobility, Sustainable operations and supply chain management, Logistics 4.0, Health supply chain management and others) and Smart Energy and Environment (Smart energy systems, Electric and Hybrid vehicles, Environmental impact, regulations and future prospects, Emissions and pollutants, emission control and others). We encourage socioeconomic companies to present their challenges, which could potentially be addressed by university researchers, as well as showcase their products, equipments, services, and the impact of applied sciences and technologies on industry. The expected outcomes of this conference are to raise awareness among decision-makers and industrial leaders about the critical importance of promoting scientists and integrating them into the economic and technological sectors. The Paper Template is available at the website of the conference. All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted and presented full papers will be published in the ICSTL 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore® AIM The purpose of the conference is to review the main current concerns in applied Transportation Engineering, Logistics, and Environmental sciences, and promote the exchange of experience and knowledge among national researchers. The conference also aims to identify prominent themes, from the design and functionalization of engineering science to innovative applications.
