The IEEE ICIR 2026 conference focuses on the principles, technologies, and applications that enable Intelligent Reality, the seamless integration of artificial intelligence, sensing, immersive environments, and human-machine collaboration.
It provides a forum for presenting advances in AI-driven perception, context-aware systems, extended reality (XR), digital twins, autonomous agents, and intelligent cyber-physical infrastructures. Topics include algorithmic foundations, system architectures, multimodal interaction, edge intelligence, trustworthy and ethical AI, and real-time intelligent services. The conference welcomes research contributions, prototypes, demos,
and case studies that push the boundaries of how intelligent systems understand, augment, and interact with the physical and virtual worlds.

ICIR 2026 welcomes submissions in the following
