The aim of the 4th Conference on Information Technology and Data Science is to bring together researchers, developers, and teachers from academia as well as industry working in all areas of data and information technologies. Specialists in the above fields, young researchers, and PhD students are greatly welcome to participate in this event. The conference offers a valuable platform for participants to exchange their ideas, results, and work on various conference topics.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
--------------------------------
Abstracts and full papers can be submitted. Authors who intend to publish a paper in the conference proceedings should submit their paper(s) in advance. Authors who do not intend to publish a paper may submit an abstract only.

Abstracts must be between 1 and 2 pages, while full papers must be between 4 and 6 pages. Submissions should follow the IEEE standard double-column A4 format. All submissions must be original and not published previously, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere at the same time. Papers should be submitted through EasyChair.


CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
--------------------------------
Accepted papers will be considered for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Selected papers will be taken into consideration for publication in special issues of highly ranked journals. Pay to publish is not allowed by IEEE. Therefore, at least one author of each paper must attend the conference and present the paper.
