Online Workshop on AI-Driven Network Security and Anomaly Detection (NSAD) is a track of the 2025 International Conference on Engineering and Computing Technologies (EngiTek 2025) - https://www.just.edu.jo/Conferences/EngiTek2025. EngiTek 2025 is intended to represent a major forum for researchers, academicians, professionals, and students from all over the world to meet in the beautiful and culturally rich city of Irbid in Jordan in the period 29-31 December 2025 (Hybrid Mode). Participants will be able to present their latest research results and exchange new ideas and practical experiences in the most up-to-date areas of this exciting field.
EngiTek 2025 is organized by the Faculty of Engineering (FoE) at Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in collaboration with InnovCOM Lab of SupCOM in Tunisia, and is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Jordan Section. Proceedings will be published by IEEEXplore. The types of articles that will be considered for publication include case studies, reviews, as well as theoretical and empirical research. Only papers with top technical quality will be accepted; a fact that is assured by a world-class Technical Program Committee (TPC) and a thorough, blind, and rigorous peer review process. All submitted manuscripts will undergo similarity and AI generation checks before being reviewed. Submitted manuscripts with high similarity and/or Gen-AI scores are rejected right away. Acceptance/rejection decisions of a reviewed manuscript are based mainly on the importance, originality, clarity, and contribution of the submission to knowledge in the conference scope. Abstract and extended summary submissions are not acceptable. Full paper submissions are welcome in the following topics (additional topic suggestions and/or topic modifications are welcome): Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Techniques for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) - Anomaly Detection in IoT, Edge, and 6G Network Environments - Lightweight and Energy-Efficient AI Models for Resource-Constrained Devices - Federated and Distributed Learning Approaches for Network Security - Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning for Advanced Cyberattack Detection - Blockchain and Trust Mechanisms Integrated with AI-Based IDS - Digital Twins and Simulation Frameworks for Security and Anomaly Analysis - Privacy-Preserving and Explainable AI for Secure Network Monitoring - Benchmark Datasets, Evaluation Metrics, and Reproducibility in IDS Research - Applications of AI-Driven IDS in Critical Infrastructures and Smart Cities. Please submit one or more papers. The paper submission deadline is Tuesday, 30 September 2025. If this is too soon for you, please ask for an extension. Submitted manuscripts should be prepared using the Time New Roman size 10 font, and should be in PDF format, with double columns and single line spacings. The page count of a submitted manuscript should not exceed six.
