The Linguistic Analysis and Cognition Research Group (PALCO) invites the academic community to submit abstracts for Cenas do Palco - Ato IV, an annual event, 100% online and free of charge, which brings together researchers interested in discussing the relationship between language and cognition.

This year's edition will take place on 9, 10 and 11 September 2025 and seeks to raise discussions around the theme ‘Meaning in Motion: Grammar, Culture and Cognition’, featuring conferences, lectures and thematic symposiums, via the PALCO group's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@palcoufc) and the Google Meet platform.

Researchers of any level of training may submit an abstract to one of the ten thematic symposiums by 24 August. Abstracts may be written in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Participants may submit their complete work to the thematic issue of the event in the journal Lenguaje (Qualis A2) until 30 November.
