The global landscape is at a critical juncture, facing interconnected challenges such as environmental degradation, rapid technological advancement, and persistent socio-economic inequalities. Building a sound future necessitates a paradigm shift in how we conceive, structure, and govern our economies.
In this context, we are honored to invite you to the 24th SCF International Conference, hosted by the Faculty of Political Sciences at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. The conference will be held in a hybrid format, both in-person and online, on 4–5 September 2025.
We welcome all submissions on related topics, including but not limited to the following sub-themes:

• Environmental Economics and Climate Governance
• Development Economics and Inclusive Growth Strategies
• Circular Economy Models and Public Policy
• Social Economics and Welfare State Transformation
• Energy Economics and Geopolitical Implications

• Economic Inequality in the Digital Transformation Era
• Innovation Economics and Public Sector Modernization
• Data Economics and Privacy Rights
Papers can be presented in either Turkish or English. Presentations can be delivered either in-person or online (live), according to the participant's preference.
Publication Opportunities
• Accepted abstracts will be published in the ISBN-indexed e-Book of Abstracts.
• Upon request, the full papers of participating authors will be included in the ISBN-indexed e-Book of Full Papers.
• Additionally, authors who wish to do so will have the opportunity to have their full papers published as articles in the International Journal of Applied Economic and Finance Studies and the International Journal of Applied Business and Management Studies, following a peer-review process.
