The IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Malaysia Chapter (IEEE-EMBS) is pleased to announce the 2012 IEEE EMBS Conference on Biomedical Engineering (IECBES 2012), which will be held in Langkawi, Malaysia on 17th December 2012 to 19th December 2012.

Thus far, we have been receiving good response of paper submission and due to numerous requests of researchers, the organising committee has concurred to
extend the paper submission deadline to 15/07/2012. We would like to encourage more participation to exchange new ideas and new discoveries.

The conference will provide an excellent platform for knowledge exchange between researchers, scientists, academicians and engineers working in the areas of biomedical engineering. This event calls for local and international participation.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (IEEE Conference Paper format, up to 6 pages, in English), through https://edas.info/N12347?c=12347. Double-blind reviews will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Authors of accepted paper will be notified by email.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and normally indexed in IEEE-Xplore.

***Each registered presenter will be allowed to submit two (2) papers.
