cSIS serves as a premier multidisciplinary forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to advance the state of the art in intelligent technologies and sustainability-driven system design. The conference addresses critical global challenges by promoting the development of AI-enabled, energy-efficient, secure, and resilient systems that support sustainable digital and physical infrastructures.

The Conference will be organized into several specialized tracks, each addressing critical areas where sustainability and intelligence converge to drive impactful innovation.

The conference is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE, IEEE Algeria Section and several IEEE technical chapters. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE quality and scope requirements.
