**About QADA-26 and IEEE QCE 2026**
Quantum Algorithm Design Automation (QADA-26) is the premier workshop venue dedicated to exploring automation techniques for quantum algorithm design, programming, and compilation. As quantum processors with hundreds of qubits become increasingly available, the potential for quantum computing to solve problems intractable for classical computers is becoming more tangible. However, designing efficient quantum algorithms remains a key challenge. Quantum algorithm design requires an understanding of both the underlying quantum hardware and the problem being solved, and the need for automation in this space is becoming ever more apparent. QADA-26 brings together researchers and practitioners to understand emerging trends, identify state-of-the-art approaches across theory, tools, and methods, and establish roadmaps for future research and development in quantum algorithm design automation.

QADA-26 is the 4th iteration of the workshop series, which began at IEEE QCE 2023 in Seattle. The workshop is co-located with the IEEE International Conference on Quantum Computing and Engineering (IEEE Quantum Week), the flagship IEEE conference dedicated to quantum computing and engineering research. The workshop features invited talks and presentations of accepted papers across three sessions, covering heuristic and learning-based approaches, information-theoretic methods, and the evolving landscape of quantum programming tools and environments. The workshop closes with a call to action for establishing collaborations in the QADA community.
