2026 International Conference on Intelligent Multimedia, Networking, and Security (IMNS 2026) 3-4 August 2026, Atlanta, Georgia, USA Technically Co‑Sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Communications Society The International Conference on Intelligent Multimedia, Networking, and Security (IMNS 2026) provides a premier forum for researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to present the latest advances at the intersection of multimedia systems, communication networks, and security. IMNS 2026 will feature keynotes, technical sessions, panels, posters/demos, workshops, and special invited talks in emerging areas of intelligent communication, edge/cloud multimedia, and trustworthy systems. Scope and Topics IMNS 2026 solicits high‑quality, original research papers that address theoretical foundations, architectures, algorithms, implementations, and applications related to intelligent multimedia, networking, and security. Originality: Submissions must be original, free of plagiarism, and not under review elsewhere. Violations will result in action by the IEEE Communications Society. Registration: To publish in the IMNS 2026 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author must register at the FULL or LIMITED rate and present the paper (or an approved substitute). Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid before uploading the final version. One registration covers up to two accepted papers. Author Information: The author list and paper title in the submitted PDF must exactly match the EDAS registration. All co-authors must be listed. Changes to the author list after acceptance are not allowed. Submission Format: Initial submission: PDF only, via EDAS. Language: English Length: Maximum 6 pages (10-point font). Papers exceeding 6 pages will be rejected without review. Final Submission: Maximum 6 pages; up to 2 extra pages allowed at $100 per page.
