The IEEE/ACM international conference on Connected Health: Applications, Systems and Engineering Technologies (CHASE) is a leading international conference in the field of connected health. CHASE aims to unite researchers from around the world who work in the areas of smart and connected health, fostering the exchange of innovative ideas and promoting collaborations. The conference covers a broad range of topics, including sensing, communication, and intelligent analytics to support health-related applications, systems, and engineering technologies. Connected health is set to transform preventative care and personalized medicine by providing individuals with unprecedented access to detailed medical information while reducing healthcare costs. Building on the success of its past nine years, IEEE/ACM CHASE 2025 will take place in New York, USA, from June 24-26, 2025; aiming to improve healthcare outcomes, accessibility, and efficiency worldwide.

The IEEE/ACM CHASE 2025 conference will accept submissions for regular, short, workshop, demo, and poster papers. Authors of regular and short papers will have the option to publish their work in either the ACM Proceedings or the Elsevier Smart Health Journal. During the conference, awards will be presented for Best Paper, Best Student Paper, and the CHASE Service Award. ### Submission Guidelines

IEEE/ACM CHASE 2025 will accept submissions for regular, short, workshop, demo, and poster papers. Accepted regular and short papers will have the option to be published in either the ACM Proceedings or the Elsevier Smart Health Journal. During the peer-review stage, submissions for regular and short papers must follow the ACM conference paper format, which is double-column and double-blind. Authors can download the required templates from the ACM Conference Paper Template Information Center to ensure proper formatting for their submissions.

Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be accepted, and all submitted papers must be written in English. Regular papers should not exceed 12 double-column pages, and short papers should be no longer than 5 double-column pages, including references and appendices. Submitted papers must be original, unpublished work and should not be under review by any other workshop, conference, or journal at the time of submission.
