Workshops Details
---------------------

LLM4MDE
1st International Workshop on Large Language Models for Model-Driven Engineering
Chairs: José Antonio Hernández López (Linkoping University, Sweden), Ludovico Iovino (Gran Sasso Science Institute, Italy) and Riccardo Rubei (University of L’Aquila, Italy)
Websites: https://conf.researchr.org/home/staf-2024/llm4mde-2024
Call for papers: https://conf.researchr.org/home/staf-2024/llm4mde-2024#Call-for-Papers

The introduction of ChatGPT, Google’s Bard, and Bing Chat Ai marked a significant advancement in the field of natural language processing, contributing to the widespread popularity of large language models (LLMs). These models have found successful applications in diverse sectors, including healthcare, finance, education, and various engineering fields, among others.
The objectives of the llm4mde 2024 workshop are to:
identify use-cases within MDE that can be assisted by LLMs;
explore the current technologies that enable the tuning of LLMs to optimize MDE processes;
identify LLMs that could be applied in the MDE field;
explore MDE technologies for automating the tuning and configuration of LLMs.

MeSS 2024
4th International Workshop on MDE for Smart IoT Systems
Chairs: Francesco Basciani (Gran Sasso Science Institute, Italy), Nicolas Ferry (Université Côte d'Azur, France), Robbert Jongeling (Mälardalen University, Sweden) and Stefan Klikovits (Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria)
Website: https://conf.researchr.org/home/staf-2024/mess-2024
Call for papers: https://conf.researchr.org/home/staf-2024/mess-2024#Call-for-Papers

We are seeking contributions that reports research results or experiences on the application of MDE techniques to all aspects related to the development and operation of IoT systems. Since smart IoT systems typically operate in the midst of the unpredictable physical world, this also includes aspects related to the ability of these systems to continuously evolve and adapt to their changing environments whilst ensuring and increasing their trustworthiness, quality and user experience. The (non-holistic) list of topics of interest are as follows:
Runtime models and operation of smart IoT systems
Model-based deployment and orchestration of IoT Systems
Model-based testing for IoT
Multi-view modeling for IoT
Code generation for IoT
Simulation of physical systems and things
Modeling languages for IoT systems
Model-based analysis, verification, and validation techniques
Trustworthiness of smart IoT systems
Integration of IoT, Fog, and Cloud Computing spaces
Megamodeling for IoT systems (of systems)
