On behalf of the Scientific Committee, I would like to invite you to Taipei, Taiwan, to attend the IEEE International Workshop on Electromagnetics : Applications and Student Innovation Competition (IEEE iWEM 2011). This three days conference is scheduled to be held 8~10 August 2011. This Conference and Innovation Competition provide a unified and unique international forum for the Applications of Electromagnetism and Innovation Competition to exchange ideas in the area of Electromagnetics, including: EM wave propagation, microwave measurement system, mobile phone design and SAR, ISM applications, numerical analysis and modeling, experimental validation, microwave imaging, antenna design and measurement for communications, radars, industrial and automotive applications, EMC/EMI measurements, shielding, interferences and signal integrity, EMC for automotive, transportation, industrial applications and other important topical subjects. Conference will be only for the paper presentation. The student innovation awards will include the paper presentation and exhibition. The conference technical program is complimented by an outstanding group of internationally recognized researchers as keynote and invited speakers who are scheduled to address several related state-of-the-art topics.
