Call For Papers

The goal of this Special Issue is to bring together research findings and best practices from academia and industry, elaborating on the challenges faced, methodologies and practices applied, and lessons learned in the process of designing and evaluating systems, applications, or services for intelligent environments. The relevant topics include but are not limited to:

Design for human control;
Ethical design;
Natural interaction and novel forms of interaction;
Multimodal and multisensorial interactions;
Escalated interactions;
Collaborative interactions;
Embodied and affective interactions;
Intelligent user interfaces;
Frameworks and methods for designing interactive systems, applications or services;
Frameworks and methods for evaluating and measuring UX;
Use cases and lessons learned;
UX studies.
