CALL FOR CONTRIBUTED TALKS

AI and advanced optimization join forces to redefine businesses at scale.
We are now accepting submissions for contributed talks at the IRAC 2025, hosted by the INFORMS SF Bay Area Chapter. This year’s in-person conference will bring together researchers and practitioners at the forefront of AI, operations research, and data analytics to explore how these disciplines intersect to drive intelligent decision-making across industries. This one-day conference will take place within the SF Bay Area, and the exact venue will be announced soon.

Topics of Interest

We invite abstract submissions for contributed talks that highlight innovative work or practical case studies on (but, of course, not limited to) the following topics:
Scalable optimization & large-scale decision systems


- Machine learning and data-driven operations

- AI (incl. LLM) + OR for real-world autonomy (e.g., robotics, supply chain, mobility, finance)

- Predictive analytics, simulation, and prescriptive modeling

- Responsibility, robustness, and interpretability in the above systems

- Applications across tech, healthcare, energy, logistics, and public policy


Presentation Format

Selected contributors will be invited to give a 20–30 minute in-person talk as part of the main program.

Notification of acceptance/rejection: August 1, 2025
Conference Date: September 26, 2025


How to Submit

Please submit a short abstract (max 1500 characters) summarizing your talk topic, its relevance to the theme, and any key takeaways. Include your name, affiliation, and a brief bio.
