Introduction
Research in the area of teaching and learning within education is a dynamic area that continues to evolve because of new technologies, knowledge, models and methods within formal and non-formal educational settings. Therefore, this book is intended to show the changes that educational systems undergo as they adapt to the increasing use of the technology and the flattening of access to education from an international perspective.

Objective
This book is designed to impact the field of educational research in areas such as teaching practice, innovative changes to teachers’ pedagogy and expose educational leaders to deal effectively with their challenges and opportunities. Further, it provides insights that illustrate the amalgamation of teaching and learning practices at each level of the education system. It identifies best practices, challenges and opportunities in the education system to which they are positioned. It encourages researchers and practitioners to continuously share their research experiences internationally

Target Audience
The target audience of this book will be composed of professionals and researchers working in the field of education in various disciplines, e.g. Teacher Educators, Higher Education Faculty, School Leaders and Professional Development Practitioners. Moreover, the book will provide insights and support for In Service Teachers and Pre-Service Teachers concerned with the innovative multidisciplinary approach to teaching and learning practices, pedagogical expertise, indigenous knowledge, and information within educational environments.

Submission Procedure
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before January 15, 2020, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by January 16, 2020 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters are expected to be submitted by February 7, 2020, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at http://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/ prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Multidisciplinary Perspectives on Redesigning Learning, Leadership, and Indigenous Education. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.
All proposals should be submitted through the eEditorial Discovery®TM online submission manager.
