All honorable authors are kindly encouraged to contribute and shape the conference through presentation of their research abstracts and papers and development activities in Engineering, Technology and Applied Sciences. Authors are advised to submit your abstract or full-length paper via submission system.

ll submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

AETA conferences currently present two types of awards.

Best Paper Award
Best Presentation Award

These awards are presented track wise to an individual who has made significant, sustained and continuing contributions to research in information retrieval. The Best Paper Award is presented to the individual(s) judged by a separate awards committee to have written the best paper appearing in the conference proceedings. The best presentation award will also be given on the basis of organization and professionalism of presentation, communication skills of the presenter and appropriate use of time. Honorary appreciation certificates will be awarded to winners of these awards.
