General Introduction:
the 4th International Conference on Information Processing and Control Engineering (ICIPCE 2020) will be held in University of California, Berkeley, Russia during June 27-29, 2020. The conference is co-sponsored by University of California at Berkeley and SAISE. The aim of ICIPCE2020 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Information Processing and Control Engineering topics. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific field. We sincerely welcome the submissions all over the world.

Papers will be published into the volume of IOP, which is indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus. Abstract is only for oral presentation.
