The conference is sponsored by Nanjing Institute of Technology, hosted by the School of Electric Power Engineering, School of Shenguorong at Nanjing Institute of Technology, with patronage from Tianjin University, the Institute of Electrical Engineering at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, North China Electric Power University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Sichuan University, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., Xinjiang University, and others.
We welcome you to attend the upcoming WSES 2027. This conference aims to bring together experts and scholars in the industry to share the latest research findings and technological advancements, as well as to discuss innovations and developments in the field of electrical systems.

After two blind review process, formal notification will be mailed to authors. After successful registration and presentation, papers can be published in WSES IEEE conference proceedings, indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus etc main digital base.

Previous WSES IEEE Proceedings all get published soon and indexed only 1 month after the publishing.

WSES 2027 proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.
