The 2nd UK-India International Workshop on Cognitive Wireless Systems (UKIWCWS 2010) will be held in IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India from 13 to 14 December 2010. This workshop is co-organized by the IEEE Delhi and IEEE UKRI Sections and also partly funded by the UK-India Education and Research Initiative (UKIERI) and Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council UK (EPSRC) and Department of Science and Technology (DST), India.
