2019 Women in Dance Leadership Conference welcomes paper submissions on the topic of

“Female Leadership with Diversity and Inclusion: How to promote female leadership in dance from diverse backgrounds and inclusively in all settings including professional, education, administration, and presentation.”

Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work at the 2019 Women in Dance Leadership Conference.

Submission Deadline – January 31, 2019

Selection Confirmation Date – April 1, 2019

Conference Date – October 17 to October 19, 2019

Submission Guidelines

1) Paper must be written and presented by female author
2) Please submit the abstract and full paper
3) Full paper shall not be more than 5,000 words
4) Timely submission of the abstract and paper via email is critical to the success of the program.

What is included for selected authors

1) Selected authors will present their paper throughout the conference
2) Selected authors will have the abstract of their papers made available on the Women in Dance
Leadership website and the program
3) Selected authors will have access to all conference events

What’s not included

The selected authors will be responsible to pay for all of their travel and hotel expenses
