Authors are invited to electronically submit full papers in English. The submitted papers must be in PDF in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format (https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines). The length of submitted papers should be from 12 to 15 pages (for long papers) and from 6 to 8 pages (for short papers). All papers have to be written in the English language.
Topics of the conference relate to (but not limited to): - Intelligent Systems - Recommender Systems - Data Science - Image Processing & Pattern Recognition - Natural Language Processing - Internet of Things - Cloud Computing - Network Security Can Tho city is the center of the Mekong Delta (MD) in Vietnam which has a natural area of about 4 million hectares and over 18.4 million people. Can Tho University (CTU), an important state higher education institution in the MD, is the cultural, scientific, and technical center of the MD and Vietnam. Founded in 1966, CTU has an enrollment of about 54.000 undergraduate students, 3.000 Masters students, and around 300 students are Ph.D. candidates |
