The objectives of MIND-2019 is to provide a floor for deliberations on strategies, recent trends and innovative approaches of a different domain of Computer/Electronics/Communication Engineering like Machine Learning, Digital Signal Processing, Networks, and Information Security etc. In addition, this international conference provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, and technologist to present and discuss the recent innovations, trends and practical challenges in the fields of computer science/electronics/communication engineering. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KEYNOTE SPEAKERS ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prof. Dharma P. Data Sciences ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PUBLICATION OF PROCEEDINGS ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Technical Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. All accepted and presented papers will be published by Springer Nature (Confirmed). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PAPER SUBMISSION ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Authors are invited to submit their formatted full papers including results, tables, figures, and references. All submissions are handled through the EasyChair at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mind2019 Original contributions are invited from prospective authors with interests in the indicated conference topics and related areas of application. All contributions should be of high quality, original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication during the review period. Every submission must identify the conference track which best relates to the contents of the paper. Papers will be peer-reviewed by the International Program Committee and may be accepted for long and short presentation. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Best Paper Awards ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Best Paper Awards will be given to the authors which will be selected by the committee among the papers/posters presented in MIND-2019. The Best Paper Awards Committee will be recommended by the advisory committee and the nominees will be evaluated based on scientific contribution, writing/presentation style, reviewers comments etc. The “Best Paper Awards” will be given for each track/discipline in the following three categories.
