The IEEE Malaysia Engineering in Medicine and Biology Chapter (EMBC) is pleased to announce the 2010 IEEE EMBS Conference on Biomedical Engineering (IECBES 2010) which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 13-15 December 2010.
