Present CFP : 2021

On behalf of the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society and the IGARSS 2021 Organizing Committee, we invite you to submit your paper to the world’s premier symposium on geoscience, remote sensing and related topics. The 2021 symposium is a joint effort of the European Low Countries, Belgium and Netherlands. As such, the organizing committee promotes “Crossing Borders” as the main theme with other up-to-date developments and advanced research in the field of geoscience and remote sensing. Specifically, the symposium promotes submissions to the following special scientific themes:

UAV and miniaturised remote sensing capabilities and applications
GPS, GNSS and Galileo for earth observation
Geo information and integration for smart and green cities
Advanced monitoring and assessment of hazards (natural, anthropogenic and pandemic)

IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society student members are invited to submit a paper to the IGARSS Student Paper Competition. The selection of the finalist papers will be done by a committee of experts and the selected students will present their papers during a special session at the Symposium.

Invited session proposals are solicited for IGARSS2021, with preference for the special themes mentioned above, by 25 October 2020. The selection of the sessions will be done by the Technical Program Committee by 09 November 2020.

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings on IEEE Xplore only if presented at the Symposium by one of the list authors duly registered.

Authors who wish to give a presentation are requested to submit a paper (minimum of 2 pages; maximum of 4 pages). A link to submit the paper online will be available at the Symposium website early November 2020.

For more information, please consult the IGARSS 2021 website.
