The peer-reviewed conference papers will be published by the Springer LNCS Series in Communications in Computer and Information Science (LNCS/CCIS). Original, unpublished manuscripts of up to 10-pages including figures and references must follow the Springer LNCS/CCIS single column format. Workshop and Tutorials:
Proposals for workshops running concurrently with the main conference on specialized topics within the broad areas of information systems, information technology and information management are invited. Proposals are also invited for special sessions comprising five to seven papers on a specific topic within the broad areas of information systems, information technology and information management. Proposals for half-day tutorials on topics of interest also invited.
