The peer-reviewed conference papers will be published by the Springer LNCS Series in Communications in Computer and Information Science (LNCS/CCIS). Original, unpublished manuscripts of up to 10-pages including figures and references must follow the Springer LNCS/CCIS single column format. Workshop and Tutorials:

Proposals for workshops running concurrently with the main conference on specialized topics within the broad areas of information systems, information technology and information management are invited.
