The 33rd IEEE International Symposium on High-Performance Computer Architecture (HPCA) will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, in March 2027.
HPCA is a premier venue for presenting research results across a broad range of computer architecture topics. Topics of interest include (but are not limited to): - Processor, memory, and storage systems architecture - Instruction-, thread-, and data-level parallelism - Interconnection networks and network interface architecture - Domain-specific architectures and accelerators - FPGA, CGRA, and reconfigurable systems - Near-/in-memory computing - Cloud, datacentres, and cluster/distributed systems - Approximate computing - Compilers, languages, and runtimes for novel architectures - IoT, mobile, edge, and embedded architectures - Effects of circuits or technology on architecture (3D, chiplets, interposers, wafer-scale) - Architecture modelling and simulation methodologies - Neuromorphic computing - Quantum, superconducting, and emerging technologies impacting computer architectures - Reliability, fault tolerance, energy efficiency, and sustainability of computer systems - Security and privacy - Evaluation and measurement of real computing systems Authors who are unsure whether their work fits the conference are encouraged to contact the Program Chairs at hpca27chairs@gmail.com. ## Important Dates Paper Registration & Abstract Submission: 24 July 2026 Paper Submission: 31 July 2026 Revision / Rebuttal Period: 28 September – 9 October 2026 Notification: 6 November 2026 Camera-Ready Papers Due: TBA ## Industry Track HPCA 2027 features a separate Industry Track with its own call for papers. The goal of the Industry Track is to publish papers written by industry authors whose content relates to industrial products or processes. Please refer to the Industry Track submission instructions for details. ## Important Note Due to the recent dramatic increase in paper submissions, HPCA 2027 introduces the following requirement: Each paper must designate a senior author who may be asked to serve as a Light Program Committee (Light PC) member (reviewing no more than six papers) if they are not already on the Program Committee.
