IEEE SERVICES is the premier international forum for sharing and discussing the latest advancements and emerging trends in services computing technologies. The congress features six technical conferences:

ICDH – IEEE International Conference on Digital Health
ICWS – IEEE International Conference on Web Services
QSW – IEEE International Conference on Quantum Software

Acceptance Notification: May 10, 2026
Camera-Ready & Registration: May 31, 2026

All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers. Accepted and presented papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press.

SERVICES 2026 is solely sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society under the auspice of the Technical Community on Services Computing (TCSVC). TCSVC provides cash prizes for Best Papers, Best Student Papers, and other awards.
