We are pleased to invite you to attend 2026 the 18th International Conference on Education Technology and Computers (ICETC), which will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands during September 20-23, 2026. Welcome to ICETC 2026!

The ICETC 2026 Organizing Committee is committed to enriching the conference schedule and providing a more effective communication platform while maintaining the success of ICETC in the past seventeen editions. The conference is organized along session themes, addressed in plenary oral presentations by keynote speakers and invited speakers, and extensive oral presentation and poster sessions by authors. In addition, we will also have various social events, including the campus visit, dinner banquet and one day tour, to make the meeting a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

All papers will be strictly double blind reviewed by the program committee, and accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the International Conference Proceedings.

[Submission instructions]
1). Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2). Submission Types
* Abstract submission for presentation only without publication.
* Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.
3). Paper Length
The submitted papers should be no less than 5 pages in two columns. When paper exceeds 5 printed pages, including all figures, tables, and references, extra page will be charged.
