IDA accepts all inspiring papers for both presentation and publication. IDA 2026 uses different acceptance criteria and reviewer guidelines than most conferences in the field. We solicit full papers, which will be peer-reviewed, following criteria that emphasize novelty and relevance over other factors.

Furthermore, IDA stimulates ideas and validation founded in scientific principles, prioritising gaining new insights through intelligent data analysis over engineering complex systems.

IDA’s small-scale, single-track format encourages exchange of ideas

IDA’s meeting format is designed to foster interaction and discussion. Presentations are scheduled in a single track, gathering scientists from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience in a single room. IDA welcomes the participation of students still in their University education and senior scientists alike, because we believe the combination of fresh perspective and experience leads to exciting new insights and research ideas. To further encourage the exchange of innovative ideas, IDA’s schedule has plenty of time for questions and in-depth discussions sparked by the innovative ideas presented by participants.
